Hi. My name is Jessica, and I force myself to do activities so that I’ll manage my time better.
…also because acting helps me remember how to be a person.
ANYHOW, I closed a show on Saturday night, and it was a blast. A bunch of my friends and did a Shakespeare play, and roughly half of them slowly got schwasteyfaced throughout the show. It was amazing.
Brittney and I being weird before the party started.
Whelp. As I write this now on Monday evening, I just got home from rehearsing more Shakespeare.
Sort of.
Yet again, my friends and I are putting on Shakespeare, but this time we’re doing all of it.
The whole of Shakespeare’s works.
“The Complete Works Of William Shakespeare (abridged) & revised (again)” has begun the rehearsal process, and holy crap I forgot how much I love this show.
It’s fun.
It’s silly.
And I get to do the whole thing with my friends.
…and be more efficient during my daytime working hours because I want to enjoy my time playing with my friends.
I’m so excited to do this, you guys.
Let’s goooooo!
Until next time, dear readers.
-XOXO,
Jess
PS. ‘tis the time where I ask you for money.
This publication is only mostly free. It’s how I support my family financially, and so a lot of the fun stuff is behind a paywall. Regular monthly subscribers have access to chapters of the fantasy book I’m working on as I get them edited and fit for you to enjoy, and semi-regular recipes that have been curated by the Hippie (that’s my husband. He’s a chef). If you want in on that action, here’s a button that will take you to a place where you can hop over to a paid subscription.
If that’s not your jam, but you like recipes sometimes, here’s a button that will let you leave a tip for the author (that’s me!), and at the end of the month, I’ll send a round-up of recipes shared in the month of April.
